These tips apply to wood floors sealed and finished with a clear protective coating such as polyurethane or factory pre-finished UV coatings.
• Clean hardwood floors once every 1-2 weeks.
• Heavy traffic area should be cleaned more frequently
with Swedish Formula® Hardwood Floor Kit specifically formulated to clean all polyurethane finished wood floors, and factory pre-finished wood floors. It allows quick cleaning of red wine, dried spaghetti. It will not dull your floor finish or leave any oily residue, and is a waterborne, non-toxic, environmentally-responsible cleaner.

• Blot up spills immediately.
Soak up liquid promptly. Mist the affected area with Hardwood Floor Cleaner and wipe with a mop or a clean, soft cloth.
• Dust mop floors using an untreated mop and proper wood floor cleaner.
• Use door mats wherever possible to trap dirt and grit.
• DO NOT use powder cleaners or soft cream cleaners
(Soft Scrub).
• DO NOT use mold removers (Tile X, X14, etc. or disinfectants
such as Lysol).
• DO NOT use furniture polish (Pledge, Jubilee, and Endust).
• DO NOT use Vinegar & Water.
It can damage wood, and will cause adhesion failure in future.
• DO NOT use any fabric softeners, dryer sheets or bleach on your MicroPlus cleaning pad. These products will diminish the natural cleaning characteristics of the microfiber.

With Bona's dust containment systems, there's no airborne dust generated to permeate your home or business. It's a healthier environment to work in every day and cleans up what used to be an extremely dusty process.
1: Vacuum or Sweep
Always vacuum or sweep to remove dirt and any grit prior to cleaning your wood floors.
2: Spray
Lightly mist a 6’ x 6’ area of your wood floor with our Swedish Formula® Hardwood Spray, or directly mist the mop terry cloth cover.
3: Wipe with Terry Cloths
In a back and forth motion, clean the floor surfaces with a mop or clean terry cloth. Finish one area before moving on to the next. When your terry cloth cover becomes soiled, replace with a clean one. Note: Continued use of excessively soiled covers may cause streaking. Tip: Most of the terry cloths in today’s market are reusable. Simply wash and dry them as you would any towel.
4: Keep your floor as clean as possible.
Grit tracked in under your feet ruins the surface of wood floors and any other flooring material
