Upholstery Cleaning
Master Clean's professionals can clean any type of fiber, man-made or natural. Our trucks carry every preconditioner and tool needed to perform the proper cleaning. Generally each fabric is pre-vacuumed, presprayed and rinsed. Fabric are tested for color fastness to determine exactly how your piece should be cleaned.

Master Clean’s 13 Step Upholstery Cleaning Program

1: Fabric Testing: All fabrics are tested for fiber type and dye stability.

2: Area Prep: We will prepare your home to protect your surrounding furnishings.

3: Pre-Vacuum: Fabric is pre-vacuumed to remove bonded, dry soil.

4: Pre-Treat: Depending on your fabric, it will be pre-treated to “suspend” bonded soil.

5: Pre-Spot: Spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase odds of removal.

6: Pre-Groom: Fabric is gently groomed using soft upholstery brushes to loosen soil.

7: Extract and Rinse: Soil are extracted from the fabric with a gentle, controlled rinse

8: Neutralize: The fabric is pH is balanced to maintain it’s soft, fresh feel.

9: Post Spot: Remaining spots are treated with special stain removal products.

10: Apply Premium Protector: We apply special protector. (NOTE: Always have protector applied to your upholstery when cleaned. Textiles that are not protected are prone to pre-mature soiling, permanent stains, and ultimately a shorter life.

11: Post Grooming:
The upholstery is prepared for drying with a gentle combing.

12: Speed Dry: High velocity air movers shorten the required drying time.

13: Post Inspection:
Each technician will review with you to insure that your expectations have been met or exceeded.
